Fall is officially here and with the fall season comes pumpkins! Whether the pumpkins are for decor or pie, there are several excellent pick-your-own and pre-picked pumpkin farms in Niagara to visit.
Bry-Anne Farms
Located in Pelham, Bry-Anne Farms opens The Great Pumpkin Patch starting on the 6th of October.
In addition to their pumpkin patch, the farm offers wagon rides, farm animals, and a straw and corn maze.
Seasonal baked goods and decor can be purchased at the farm store, which includes items such as butter tarts, apple and pumpkin pie, apple cider, corn stalks, gourds, and straw bales.

Howells Farm
Howells Farm in Fonthill not only grows pumpkins but also offers plenty of fall festive activities to do during your visit.
There are attractions for those of all ages, including two different train rides for children, an inflatable haystack jumping pillow, a corn maze, and tractor rides through the farm fields. The farm also has animal pens, a playground, tube slide and tunnels, as well as straw and sand play areas.
Refreshments and snacks are available in the Food Barn which serves various poutine combinations and Howells’ famous pumpkin donuts.
Tickets can be purchased in-person or online in advance. Admission is $25 a person for ages 3 and up with a discount price offered on Tuesdays in October for $15 a person.
Richardson’s Farm and Market
The Richardson’s family farm in Dunnville has begun their “Fall Fun at the Farm” season.
On weekends, visitors will be taken by wagon ride to the field to select their pumpkin. Activities for children include a corn box, straw jump, and goat pen. Hot apple cider is available for purchase in the farm store, along with seasonal treats, farm produce, and meats.
Admission is $10 per person, which includes a pumpkin. Children under 2 years of age are free admission.

Warner Ranch and Pumpkin Farm
Warner Ranch and Pumpkin Farm is open, with a variety of pumpkin shapes and sizes to choose from. Fall decor such as corn stalks, gourds, straw, and hay bales are also available for purchase.
Other farm activities include an animal pen, corn maze, pony rides, and tractor rides on weekdays in October. On weekends, visitors can also take Belgian horse-drawn hayrides.
