Christmas markets are happening throughout Niagara over the coming weeks, with vendors looking to share their crafts and art with eager Christmas shoppers. A selection of these holiday markets is provided below.
Pelham
The Niagara Fresh Market will be hosting its first Christmas Market on Saturday, November 25, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at 760 Foss Road in Fenwick. The Christmas market will have a variety of Christmas greenery for purchase, such as cut flowers, urns, grinch trees, wreaths, poinsettias, gift baskets and even produce.
In addition to the products from the Niagara Fresh greenhouses, there will be over 65 vendors on site selling homemade items such as jewellery, signs, clothing, and home goods. There will be hotdogs and hamburgers for sale, as well as local food vendors attending, including Volcano Pizzeria and Charlie’s Chopsticks, which will serve Asian fusion and sushi.
Niagara-on-the-Lake
The Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre in Niagara-on-the-Lake will host a multi-day event for their annual holiday market on December 1 to 2 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and December 3 to 10 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
A range of local artisans will be selling their creations, like handmade pottery, candles, birdhouses and textiles. Winter themed art will also be on exhibit for viewing and sale. St. Catharines
Winter at the Market Artisan Series will take place at the St. Catharines Farmers Market on Wednesdays, December 6, 13, and 20, between 4 pm and 8 pm. This special holiday market is intended to be a one-stop shop to buy gifts from over 60 local Niagara vendors for Christmas. There will be crafts, art, flowers, specialty teas and a variety of baked goods and beverages.

Niagara Falls
Taps Brewhouse will be holding its annual Brew and Browse: Holiday Night Market on Sunday, December 10, from 4:00 to 9:00 pm. This family-friendly event will be held indoors, with local vendors, live music and food and drink for purchase.
Taps Brewhouse is located at 4680 Queen St. Niagara Falls, and is known for its craft beers brewed on-site, and their classic Canadian menu which includes unique poutine options.
